- It will take us 5-10 days to process your order based on products
- Delivery time varies for different products. The product page carries the time required to ship an item.
- Standard delivery is between 7-10 days however due to certain styles and their availability it may take another 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated by piece (we pay the weight difference).
- Shipping costs however for each additional item are reduced, therefore, the larger the order, the lower the rate.
Order Tracking
- After an order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail
- You can track orders status easily by logging into your account and checking order status in the My Orders Menu

Return Policy - No Questions Asked Return Policy
- For us, customer satisfaction is of utmost priority
- We are offering No-Questions-Asked-Return-Policy, so if you don't need the product you can return it
- To Return Product, follow the easy process - Login to your customer account - My Orders Menu - Selected Product - Press Return Button
- We will return your 100% product payment once the product is received to our warehouse.
- Just make sure before returning the product -
- Item has not been worn.
- Item is not altered/tailored in any form.
- Item must be returned within 5 days of delivery if return is applicable to the product
- If the item was custom-tailored as per customer-provided measurements, then return will not be applicable.
